Because they matter

When you board your pet with us, your pet will have support staff and a veterinarian on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We take your pet’s safety seriously. You are also able to pick up or drop off your pet at any time – whether it’s 5pm on a Friday or 2am on a Sunday… we’re here for you.

We believe your pet’s emotional well-being matters. During their stay, our expert staff will provide them with affection, stimulation, and care. For pets who require extra individual attention, one on one playtimes are offered at an additional charge.

For the health and safety of your pet, we require that all pets boarding are current on their vaccines and have a negative fecal screening prior to boarding.

  • Required vaccines for dogs include Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordatella, and Canine Influenza. Beginning January 1st, 2018, the Leptospirosis vaccine will also be required.
  • Required vaccines for cats include Rabies and Feline Distemper.
  • MLVH exceeds expectations with our fecal requirement. We detect intestinal parasites in pets multiple times every week – from giardia or coccidia to round worms, hookworms, or tapeworms.  We insist that our boarded pets never leave with unwanted guests, so we make sure that every pet is parasite free prior to boarding!

For pets who require a bit more room (and luxury), our condos are about 7.5’ by 5.5’ and are equipped with a television and a doggy door to a private patio area.

Expert Care

Our skilled veterinary staff can provide any treatments, vaccines, or medications you pet needs throughout their stay. If your pet has an ongoing medical condition that requires closer monitoring, we will board them in our treatment area for our technicians to monitor.

Baths are provided free of charge for any pets who stay 48 hours or longer. They’ll look and smell great!
